Higher in protein than rice, oats or corn, millet is a flexible ingredient for cereals, soups and other foods. Our special process cleans and hulls millet to preserve its original shape and protect the delicate outer layer. This provides a more stable shelf life, more predictable shape and more consistent characteristics for baking and other uses. We also process organic hulled millet.
