We take the organic designation seriously – we currently are inspected and approved by the National Organic Program. We
also consider other inspecting organizations if our customers request them.

While quality of color and purity tends to experience variation from one year to the next we strive to maintain a consistent level demanded by our customers through careful farmer selection.
